This is delight to my heart. Everything we do is for the future of Kazakhstan. Despite everything, in 1993 I’ve made a decision to send young people from Kazakhstan to the best world’s universities and I was right. Today you represent the most educated part of our youth. Your generation will be responsible for development of the country. You have to prove to people that you are ready.
