Bolashak is my heart’s delight. Everything we do is for the future of Kazakhstan. In spite of everything, in 1993 I made a decision to send the most talented students from Kazakhstan to the world’s best universities and I was right. Today you represent the most educated part of our youth. Your generation will be responsible for the development of our country. You have to prove to the people of Kazakhstan that you are ready to take the responsibility.
